Cancellation Policy:
1. Free Cancellation 24 Hours in Advance: You can cancel your reservation without any charges if it’s done at least 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up time.
2. 50% Fare for Cancellations Made Less than 24 Hours Before Pickup: Should you decide to cancel your reservation within 24 hours of the pick-up time but still provide at least 2 hours’ notice, a 50% fare will be charged, and the remaining 50% will be refunded to your original payment method.
3. Full Fare for Last-Minute Cancellation: Cancellations within 2 hours of the scheduled pick-up time will result in the full fare being charged, with no refund.

No-Show Policy:
If you fail to inform us and miss your scheduled pick-up, the full fare will be charged to your payment method.
